yess it is car needs to b bone stock like if u bought it at a dealer..cant have any after market parts on it, lowering springs exhaust n u also have to have reciepts, paper work n pictures from wen the car was salvaged n wen u got it fixed..unless this guy did all that already..n had it registered b4
