all motor cams with turbo set up

Open discussion.. why can't you put all motor cams with a turbo set up?? Cams with a high lift and high duration.. what will happen?? And can you explain the science behind how cams work with turbo..

You can use them as long as your manifold and turbo doesn't have too much back pressure.
