I've found mixed opinions on them. Looking to make somewhere in the 350-400 whp range but I want it to be reliable. Anybody have good or bad experiences with using blockguards.

Like H22 said talk to your tuner. Most tuners would perfer a blockguard so that the comfortable pushing more psi. But the are alternatives to sleeving such as CNCWerx CSS(cylinder support system) (http://www.b20vtec.com/forums/engine...rt-system.html). I have heard allot of good about this method . I personally havent used it .HWR13203 RIP NhswapsSchool of Hard Knocks
