oil restrictor size?

i had a sheet that i printed out that had all the sizes for the different size turbos but i cant seem to find it. also i always had them included with the cheaper turbo kits so im not exactly sure where to get them. my brother is piecing together a small kit for his daily and im not tryna have him blow out the seals on his ebay turbo in the first week he has it.

yeah i know like 3 years ago i found a sheet that had different types of turbos different sizes ect. and it had exactly what size restrictor to use for each. i lost my sheet so i was tryna see if anyone els had something similar.
