LS V-TEC help

Hey I'm building and ls v-tec setup (b16 head)....now I was having a discussion earlier with a friend about boost ,this is my 1st boost build but I'm pretty certain you go with low comp pistions when u go with forced induction....this is the dispute we were having.......I'd like opinions on the subject and how else I should build this setup....the exact turbo I'm going with to give you an idea is a Garrett GT35.....all opinions are appreciated thanks

well it all depends how many pounds ur gunna be using but if your talking about over 12 i would say sleeve the block

deff sleeve the block if you gunna be runnin over 10/12 lbs i would and deff low compression for boost 9:1 or suttin ya kno
