Check for shaft play... Boost leaks... Ect.. do a compression check... Is it smoking at all?

And i cannot insist enough to get it tuned!!! Its one of the best investments for any car, especially turbo.

re-check your shaft play... take the filter off the turbo and see if there is oil in the compressor housing.. also take the inter cooler piping off the turbo itself double check to see if theres any in the piping..

whats on it for a restrictor?

is your drain as short as possible with no more then 45 degree bends?

restrictor in your turbo feed line.. should be at the turbo end of the feed line..
