  • Jackson Racing or ATI ProCharger

So as some of you may or may not know by talking to me at the meets, but I am currently trying to get my car up to par for Supercharger come this April/May. I got a Walbro 190 fuel pump in, RC 310 Injectors, Composite S2 Fuel Rail, S2 Pro Series Intake Manifold, Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket, Hondata S300, as well as AEM Wide Band O2 going in with the new Engine & Under Dash Wiring harness within the next week.
I want to be able to drop my SC in and enjoy it without having to play "catch up". So the vibe I was getting from people I was talking too @ the Feb CTVTEC TA meet the other night was ProCharger > Jackson simply because you can intercool it easier to avoid "heat soak" that is associated with non intercooled superchargers.
I also heard via the gentlemen standing next to me at the time was THERE IS Custom Fab Intercooler kits for Jackson Racing BUT keep in mind they don't even make that SC anymore... :(

I love my jrsc. You can still purchase the blowers new just not the manifold part. And just run a regular fmic befor the sc.

The only thing is I am not looking for big power. My GOAL is 250ish whp daily driver...
I had enough turbo fun with my Black DA Integra B18A, w/ GT32 snail helping my tires break loose in 3rd. :)

The only way to may 250 whp is to run 10 psi and ur regular bolt ons and tune. But at that many psi, there is alot of heat. Most people run meth and/or e85 fuel to keep temps down. I am currently at 8 psi and I have a gauge that shows my intake temperature. At a 2-3-4 gear pull on the highway, I see temps go up about 30°. But im loving my jrsc tho.

I hear the prochargers made crazy power. They are just super expensive. There is a vid on youtube that a procharged integra made over 300 who at 10psi.

If ur balling, go procharger. If ur on a someone budget, go jrsc and run meth if u want 250whp. Just google some set ups and see which one sounds right for u.

Btw: u can't put intercoolers on jrsc. They do make heat exchangers for them but its custom made and can be expensive. Its by a company called LHT I believe

Procharger. The video of the Integra is of one I tuned. Excellent choice, don't even think of the jrsc setup, junk in my opinion.

he wants around 250 whp so why boost ?
SC is instant power no building boost.....on the other hand if you do plan to up the hp later on then go turbo cuz SC do have limits.
I know your car is fast, you were hauling ass when I passed you

Good luck man. I don't think ur gona hit ur goal though on the jrsc atleast. I used to have a jrsc on my k20a3. And with boltons running about 8 psi it pushed out about 227 whp. I added cams smaller pulley and meth and was able to get 255whp. Jrsc is fun for a simple upgrade. But for decent power u have to look into turbo. When I switched to Turbo it was like night and day. Now I'm at 327 whp on a stock k24 . And the jrsc u won't make any tq. The best I made was 180. With the turbo 306 now
                      Boosted K all day
