        I would go wit a gt42r and run atleast 15psi if you want to meet your power goals.

                Well find out where you're going to get it tuned and see what software they use the most there or recommend. Also I agree with Ryan on not getting a fuel rail, stock Honda fuel rails are good for over 500hp. Definitely an o2 wideband and DON'T get a kit off ebay that comes with a ramhorn style manifold they always crack from the weight of the turbo get one with a cast iron log manifold.

                  i planned on the log style manifold and... and i decided to shy away from the ebay kits because i want a reliable dd i really apreciate the input guys keep it coming....

                          the manifold and managment are the only 2 things u cant cheap on. Ebay turbos will make power, but they tend not to last.

                          Over size your injectors, any decent tuner will get it to idle mint.

                          A 255 will be way more than enough, or even a bosch 044, those support big power.

                          And then focus on little shit, like t bolt clamps and good couplers.
