I wouldnt waste your time with a 255..just go with the aeromotive 340 fuel pump. Chrome is free an useable but the s300 is real nice to use get an omni 4 bar fuck that gm 3bar crap..arp rod bolts

Well find out where you're going to get it tuned and see what software they use the most there or recommend. Also I agree with Ryan on not getting a fuel rail, stock Honda fuel rails are good for over 500hp. Definitely an o2 wideband and DON'T get a kit off ebay that comes with a ramhorn style manifold they always crack from the weight of the turbo get one with a cast iron log manifold.

i planned on the log style manifold and... and i decided to shy away from the ebay kits because i want a reliable dd i really apreciate the input guys keep it coming....

the manifold and managment are the only 2 things u cant cheap on. Ebay turbos will make power, but they tend not to last.

Over size your injectors, any decent tuner will get it to idle mint.

A 255 will be way more than enough, or even a bosch 044, those support big power.

And then focus on little shit, like t bolt clamps and good couplers.

no need for a diffrent fuel rail yours will be fine id sugest getting a aem wideband o2 so u can watch your air fuel ratio so you dont blow it up running lean or rich and if you run a ebay kit make sure it has a oil restirctor in the feed line or you will blow out the turbo seals in like 15 miles lol just be aware turbo it alot of work gotta keep your ears and eyes out when running ebay stuff also i have a turbo kit for 500 its a decent kit with good parts just sayin
