Forget about it. Too much headache. Everyone always run the turbo without the water.

If you still want to do it anyways you will need an external water pump and make two holes in your radiator one for feed and one for return.

You could either use the top hose to feed with a T connector and blah blah blah.

Now you at least have an idea.

      Apply it!

Even the DSM guys do not hook up their turbos with the water system and their motors have the fittings already to feed and return the water from the turbo.

The DSM have the fittings located in a place where the water pump from the motor also flows the water to the turbo. Something that Honda/Acura motors do not have.

That's why in a Honda/Acura you need an external water pump and figure out where you are going to connect the fittings for the water feed and return. Most likely from the radiator, right? Well now you need an aluminum radiator and you need to make aluminum fittings.

But wait? How that water will flow if there is no water pump? In top of that now you have to add more possibilities to water leaks because now you have more water hoses.

And the story doesn't end here.
