So im thinking about going turbo with my lsv.
I just wanted to get an idea of what type of parts (turbo, manifold, pistons,injector sz etc.) I will need. Is it better to try and purchase a kit or piece together one? my goal is to make decent power on pump gas. Let me know what you guys think/experiences.

it all depends on your budget and power goals. I personally would piece one 2gether. My cousin made 327whp on a ebay set up STOCK b20vtec with only 440 injectors(starving for fuel), and 2.5in exhaust

my boy has a jdm b20 non vtec, and making 227whp with ebay turbo kit

i really don't wanna use a ebay kit because i heard bad things about their turbos and manifolds. but i was thinking of getting the ebay intercooler and piping. Was tryin to make around 300-350 on stock sleeves.

I've heard good and bad things about eBay turbo kits. It mostly depends how its installed, broken in and tuned IMO .. I've read about ppl who've used one on the DD for years without problems and I've read about others were he manifold cracked on them a few hundred miles.
