400 sould be ok to do but for daily driver there is no need for much more

1st: block guards don't safe sleeves from cracking.. they hold them from walking.. if i were you i try to keep as much material on my sleeves as possible. 2nd: i don't think .020 off the head will ever make up 1.3C/R points. besides that, .020 off + stock cam gears = out of spec cams.
