93 civic sedan EX

My low beams don't work but my high beams do.
I checked the fuse they good.
New light bulbs so that's good.
I t apart the light switch/wiper switch cleaned them up so that's good.

I d know what else it could be.
Anyone ever had this problem and got got fixed.
Please help.

Your in need of a multimeter but imo i would be testing the (headlight switch)
With a known good one not just cleaning a contact of the grease thats there to prevent corrosion or fire

Also check the small ground box and harness leading to it mounted on the body in the engine bay near the lights

Is it like a small creamy box???
If so I found it it has a ot of black cable connecting to it.
