car won't start.

So I changed my ignition switch with a brand new on due to oem not working but when I had oem switch car turned on if I held it in the on position. When I put the new one on my car doesn't start no dash lights light up when I turn the key fuel pump not priming nothing its like its not sending power to the battery or somthing.. I have headlights and if I put key in ignition it does the little beep noise..I need help with this.

All fuses are good underdash and under hood.. what can it be?

Possibly a Faulty switch. Is it brand new? Oem? Try the old one again to see if it works stil.

Yea brand new its not oem tho. I tried the old one and nothing battery is good also

Do u hear the main relay? Why exacly did u replace it? U said it wasnt working how u know? Could of been something as simple as a main relay since ur not hearing the fuel pump prime try a different main relay

I replaced it because when I turned the car on it started but when I let the key go it turned off it didnt stay in on position. I never had a prob until I changed it . I dont hear the main relay neither

Ok so ur prlly not getting power or ground from the switch trace all ur steps see if u left any wiring not connected or try a new switch what year is the car?

That's what we meant by check your fuses. Relays are in the box under the hood.

You gotta have a popped fuse somewhere.
