Ef wagon 4wd help???

My buddy has an 4wd ef wagon just trying to help him out. He trying to disengage the 4wd because the car will not move. When he got the car it would move in neutral. No E-brake engage at all. Can anybody post pics of 4wd location? Anybody have any ideas or same problem before? Need help???

What ear is it? The lever to turn it off would be located right next to the speed o cable on the Trans a 10mm socket is required to unlock the lever but the first yars 88 did not have this lever.
