85 toyota mr2 tranmission help

my tranmission is making a loud sqeeking noise and is leaking a little dont know what wrong wit it need help when i drive it and switch gears and hit the gass it makes a sqeeking noise

if it makes a noise it can be a variety of things between a ball joint to a transmission/engine mount.

i can see there a little leak for the transmission is that something i should be worry bout too ima go check the engine mount
