Help fuel guage needle stuck above full!!!

ive got an si cluster in my ef and since i bought the car the fuel guage needle has been stuck above full. Problem is i wanna put it in my other ef for the rpm guage but i dont wanna drive around guessin how much gas i got.. So does anyone kno if its jus the needle stuck or another problem and if it is a stuck needle is there any way i could loosen it.

umm y don't u try it in the other car and see i f it reads mayb it just ur sending unit in ur tank?
