    i have a 1999 civic cx with a ls swap and a p75 obd 1 ecu now i need to pass emmisiions soon and i was woundering if a 2000 integra p75 ecu would work and another question i have is the 2000 ecu obd2 a or b and will that ecu have an immobilizer if so what other ecu could i use

    just use a stock single cam non vtec ecu youll be fine

      Yes he can use a stock single cam ecu but his car is obd2b which have the immobilizer in the ecu he would have to get the key along with the ec. He has a obd1 ecu in the car now which it won't pass emissions. So its just not so easy to use a stock ecu unless its the stock one that came on the car.

      To the threadstarter If you have the stock ecu that came with the car just use that and you will pass if you don't you would have to get an ecu with a matching key for everything to work properly. Good luck

        99-00 civics did not come with immobilizers, the problem is going to be the iacv, single cams non-vtec are a 3 wire vs a 2 wire that you would get on a b-series... You might have to run a obd2b-obd2a jumper harness with an obd2a ls ecu, unless u can remove the immobilizer from the obd2b ls ecu

              Another problem is that he will require the crank sensor to be plugged in. The OP can bypass the wires by the ecu but it's still a 50% chance that it will pass
