need help melted wires

hey yu guys any help is gladly appreciated, my spark plug wires melted so i bought a new set and they melted within 5 mins, does anybody know what is causing this, thank you!! i have a factory 98 accord 5spd, no system to nothin its completely stock inside n out

bad engine ground would be my first guess
