  • Need help with swap

I have 2 crxs, one black si and one white. One had an ls (white one) and the other had a d16 vtech (balck one). Im trying to swap engines between cars. I already took the the engines out and installed the d16 in to the white one. I used the harnes that was in the white car because there was some plugs that did not fit, but the plugs for the distributor were diferent as well. I try to swap the plugs for the distributor so they would fit with harnes. Now the car wont start. Should I just buy a new distributor obd0 for the d16? and an ls obd1 for the b18?
    :eek

Has the black car already been converted to OBD1 or is it running a VTEC OBD0 ECU. Need more Info, to give proper advise.

Well, then obviuosly you will need to convert the white CRX to OBD1 & Make the black CRX OBD0 again. It shouldn't be hard to get the black one to run, considering you will be converting back(OBD0) instead of converting ahead(OBD1).

Whats the problem no spark, no fuel, no crank, what?

You probably have a problem with the distributer & or ECU wiring. It's kinda hard to help without seeing either car. Where are you loacted?

Would you be willing to pay for the repair? Is the car covered/Garaged? I live in Enfield, but would be willing to do mobile Tech Service if the money is there. LMK.
