      X2 open your oil cap. If you see a milky mixture you have a head/block issue. Check for white smoke out the tail pipe. do a compression test also. this is to see if you are mixing coolant and oil.

                  try replacing ur radiator cap sometimes the cap gets deffective and doest let the flow of the anti freeze get through and over heats or try checking ur fuse box to see if you radiator fan fuse blew maybe when ur driving u cant here ur fan turn on and its not doing its job to cool ur radiator

                    Try renting a Radiator compression tester from autoZone,advance auto,etc.
