i need of help!!!

What's up guys!!
I helped out my boy swapin out his engine in a 96 accord!
He blew the original and put the same engine in f22b1 (stockmotor)
Now the motor cranks but nooo fuel or spark
???????who knows the problem???????

I checked the the map and crank sensors checked all my grounds still nada
