walker o2 sensor

i need an o2 sensor for my vx federal emissions...an the prices are outrageous..there in the 300's$...but i found one one ebay for 128 bucks made by walker part #250-25001...anybody have bad experience with the walker brand? jus curious considering the drastic price difference...
