Cluster has no back lighting help...

ok well my 98 hatch has no back lighting on my cluster and all climate control lights dont light up.. all the fuses r good.. changed 2 diff clusters ad changed 2 diff dimmer switches... if thers a way to bypass it or if anybody knows a fix.. i would greatly appreciate it... thanks ctv

check dash harness. i had this problem with my black Ej2.

one of my power wires in the dash harness burned out.

dash is out as we speak .. just looked at it all.. did a contunity test between 99% of the wires and all checked out fine...

check to see if all your bulbs are in the correct sockets.

Ex: Two point bulbs in two point sockets

single point bulbs in single point sockets. same with the head lights and corner lights.

any mix up will cause the dash lights to act up. i had this problem in my old integra lol.

same thing with my boys integra only his tail lights arent working either and i checked all the fuses also

no all bulbs r fine... i said fuck it and just jumped a wire from an igntion source that was under powered to one of the wires on the dimmer ... and it comes on with key power now... i guess thatll work for now.

longshot but u think the dimmer switch has sumtin to do with it??maybe not in hondas but i know other cars the dash doesnt light up unless that switch is plugged..idk i could be wrong but doesnt hurt to check

yah bro i tried 2 diff dimmer switches and nothing i was pulling my hair out untili finallyjustsaid fuck it and jumpeda wire

Change ur hazdard light switch cus keep blowing tha fuse
