squeak from my front end(????)

Ok i need someone that knows there cars i gotta 95 ex coupe that i just got not to long ago ihad it parked for a lil while cause it wasnt regi but now that it is after a rain storm my front end squeaks everytime i try to turn and as it does it my steering gets harder i dont know much about cars so i took it to someone they said it was the front struts so i had them replaced atleast so he said he did and the last time it rained its doing it again sometimes it dosnt do it at all but then sometimes it does it louder than other times plz help a nigga out ctv.

Yea dude just hustled me and tried to get me to buy the lower ball joints and shit after words but i needed to make sure b4 i go buy em not trying to make du rich from doing a front end lol gd looks fellas if anyone works on cars lmk prices to do the job i need it done asap as soon as i buy parts the noise driving me crazy imma blow my bitch up lol
