Yea deff is that cheap , when it comes with waterpumps & timing belts , no need to buy them used , cause their cheap as hell from autozone

If its new in box check the part number on the box to see if its the same as the part number listed for your motor.

if its new and when i take off the old water pump n put in the new one and it lines up perfectly with the holes n shit well then yea it works lol
