headlight plugs melting ???????

don't no y but i know it's not just my car my friend had this prob. w/ her altima .. on the back of headlights were u plug into the actual bulb its melting the plastic ..... ne ideas ???? wrong bulbs or suttin idk lol

it happens!

i am a ex mitsu tech, and have replaced alot of headlight harness. there are most likely too thin of a wire and eventualy melt. just go buy a new headlight pigtail!

well i got new pigtails nd bulbs today got stock bulbs so hopefully it won't happen again but i want some projectors at some point

Lower watt bulbs or add relays into the harness so it draws from the battery instead of the light harness.

hey so i realized no matter how i put the 3 wires on the headlights there opposite eachother this sounds so stupid I NO but i can't get umm to b high beams nd highbeams low beams nd low beams what am i misssing tried it everyway possible
