  • Security Procedures - (Meets & Daily Life)

I was thinking that People should suggest ideas for security

    a. At the meets (ie. I saw some people switch plates)
    b. At Work
    c. At home.

No, you don't have to talk about your personal set-up, merely ideas/ things you know work. I don't want BS, in the thread, no Threats and personal stories. Just real World advice, for some of the noobs and those that haven't had to deal with the plagues of the Honda Game (Thiefs).

Differentiate for which situation the idea is for.

      I'll Start.

      A. Meets - Changing plates before you enter, was a pretty good idea.

B/C. - Cut Off Switches, Quick Release Steering Wheels...

Don't want current set-ups or How-To's. Anyone interested can google it themselves.

I live by my alarms.. A profecional alarm install is by far the best deterrent for theives.

I personally have done a alarm in every single one of my cars and I can sleep sound at night. If anyone is interested, viper or crimestopper alarms are probably the best on the market. I myself can install them, along with a few other good member on this site. If anyone is looking for a good alarm u can contact me, egkid129, singleslam12, or jdmdick. All have very good reputations

-If going to park some where at night park the car in a well lit area
-when parking over night use the a mixture of the following ; cut off switch, alram , quick release steering with lock, clutch lock, lug nuts with lock, wheel boots, removal of ecu, if have extra cash GPS and also a camera on car where you live if you dont have a garage ...
            - basically do anything and everything possible to slow a thief down so you can come out and open up a can of whoop ass! ( if physically capable)

2way d.e.i (directed) alarm (viper, etc),hide your antenna from the alarm underneath the dash board.hide your alarm wires so that they are not visible underneath the drivers dash. Add kill switches(ravelco) to your fuel pump, etc.place wheel locks from pep boys(around $25 for 4 lug nuts) they sit inside the stud and cannot be removed, wheel boot, clutch lock/steering wheel club isn't the best but it's another deterrent, buy a padlock from home depot(master lock brand/steel) make sure it's the full steel and the long neck one.the lock will get installed on the steering knuckle above the pedals once u remove the plastic black cover.custom lock for transmission shifter..low jack helps most of the time but not 100%. Cameras are always good to have. The car cannot get stolen unless towed away. Hope I helped out a bit..

I did that antenna thing with my python a few years ago and lost alot of distance from the two way pager feature. I ended up putting it on the inside part of my sunroof and ran the wiring down the side pillars. This was just to test it out but it made a big ass difference and you still can't see it cuz who looks down your sunroof? If you tuck it enough you wont see shit.

Also Dei makes backup batteries for the alarms and proximity sensors. I put a battery on my shit so incase niggas try and be slick and kill my battery then the backup kicks in. And I put a proximity sensor right under the dash so when they get in an put their feet inside it sets off my nice loud fucking chirping alarm that I put inside the car also. IT FUCKING REAKS LOUD lol
