2003 Honda accord start up issue

So lately whenever I go to start up my daily I get this weird ass noise when it goes to turn on. I'm not really sure what's the problem it could be something easy but I'm not sure. It's a 2003 LX auto. Here's a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRj7W7dsbUU
(when I put the camera close the the instrument panel it was bc P and D lights were both on but obviously it can't be in both at the same time but he car was in park) any info can help thanks guys.

Could be a sensor... what code check engine light gives you?

i see it on.. normally after few sec it turns off... but yours still on

Yeah it stayed on but turns off after about a minute. I'm just guessing it's the starter?

I dont know... weird how the D stays on... my Accord did that once and it was the Transmission Computer.... but mines did startd up and was running

check codes but if its not the starter then i would have the transmission computer checked...also there are sensors that tell the positon of the shifter...on might be shorted
