Helppp signal lights on my ek dont work!!!

so i jhus got me a ek hatch. and i notice the signal lights wont werk. the hazard lights dont work either, im thinking a fuse? if so wich fuse? please help me out guys. its a 2000 ek hatch

where is the flasher relay located and where is the fuse located? can sumone find me a link for the under dash fuse box diagram

got rid of the tegg and got me a hatch.

Re check your steps:
1) Fuse 53 under hood and fuse 12 under dash
2) Check if you're getting power to the hazard switch and if the switch properly works.
3) Then the ground under the left side under dash kick panel. (Upper left of the foot rest)

its has to be the haz. switch i unplugged mines once to see what happens and it wouldnt go on
