Problem 1# Thats kind of weird lols and creppy but the problem should be behind the cluster or around the steering wheel and the brake , the wiring should be over there . .

problem #2 ... Did you check and see if its the right size bulbs thats in the tailights ? ?

i jhus thought about it and makes perfect sense because if the tailights arent two point the wont dim out. theyll be either on or off.. damn u guys are smart lol.

hmm. just chck everything. behind cluster, your dimmer wire at your radio harness, your bulbs, your bumper light harness, your headlight switch. Too bad you're so far away.

Your best/easiest/most reliable bet is to just replace the underdash harness if its hacked up..

^its not hacked up it was cut in sum places for the alarm but i removed the alarm and loomed everything back up.

I hacked up a radio harness and everything went nuts. When u turn the key the lights would go on the clock didnt work shit was crazy I was only 13 tho. I would suggest going to the junkyard find a radio harness and put it back In ur car then eliminate your options from there

My guess its the car had remote start before and hack the wiring on the brake switch check the wiring under your steering wheel you no by the pedals
