noobie to the honda game

whats up ctvec? i need help with my 95 single eg 4dr. the engine is a D15B. ok heres my problem one day i was driving my car and i went to go park it, i came back the car didnt start, so i check to see if i left anything on, i check and found nuthin was left on, so i got a boost as that was going on the car wasnt turning on untill my boy hit the starter. so i change the starter but when i turn the car on today nuthing happen so i tighten up the battery it started but had a crunch noise with it starting so i turned it off and on still crunching then it didnt want to start back up but the dash lights came on and the radio no check engine idk help please
