Weird rubbing sound!!!

Alright my brothers car is making a weird noise when he turn like something is rubbing hard against somthing..I thought it was something rubbing on the wheel well or the inside of the rim but I checked and there are no marks or scuffs..can anyone help me out tell me what they think it might be ect..will appreciate it thanks

Wheel bearing or ball joint possibly?? Turning left,right or both?? Don't hear anything going straight??

It's when he turns left only nothing when going straight and if he speeds up while turning like on the highway the noise gets louder its weird

Sounds like the fender liner, did he have the front bumper off recently?

Hmmm ima check the power steering fluid tomorrow and no he didn't have the bumper off and its a 95 accord and tires are 195-55-15...its sounds like something rubbing on the inner rim I never heard that noise be4

It is lowered/slammed? Mines is lowered and makes noises when i turn to the right... is the tires hitting the fender liner/fender on my car.

Also does he have missing studs? It could be the rims hitting the caliper and when turning hard the weight of the rims is unbalance cause is on 3 studs so it'll hit the caliper.
