b20 intake manifold in eg coupe?

had an eg a while back with a b20 swap my buddy had me switch the intake manifold because he said there wouldnt be enough clearence. im about to do another b20 swap into an eg and was woundering if there was truth behind the clearence issue. could if be fixed with spacers? someone answer quick tryna save time !

depends what b20 you get some and most B20 have a really tall intake and it wont clear all you need to so is swap it out with a B18B one looks the same but smaller and fits better if you need one i have one 30 bucks

idk if its true , but my friend change his b20 mani for a Ls one . .

hm i jus didnt wna have to spend money on an ls one. so i was jus guna space up the hood. dont know how well itd work out though
