My car lights are dimming out(Need Answers)

Okay i was in my car, had it running and when i hop in the car , and i turn on the lights ,if i let the car idle then tap the gas ,the cluster lights diimm outs and even when the radiator fans turns on the cluster lights dim out & goes back regular , just wondering is this normal or i have a bad ground wire or sutting . . just wondering !

Okay thanks bro , for the answer......
anymore suggestion , and i just added new ground wires on the motor and tranny and a new negative battery cable wire ..

yea could be the alt is going or bad fuse happend to me today also when i was at sonic all my lights an radio turned off an randomly came back
