Wet rug!!!!

whats good peoples im having a problem with my carpet in my ek. every time it rains the carpet gets wet in the front driver and pass. side,both window seals and door seals are good. my boy told me it could be the drain seals under the carpet but i checked those and they were there. someone else told me that it could be a drain tube from some where in the dash???? any advice or info. would be great thanks

ok this might sound dumb but take out both front seats so you will be comfortable and get a good bright flashlight and get in under the dash and have someone put a hose to it all over the top and especially the fender wells go from there we had to do this a while back to a friends car sounds like alot of work but you should be able to do this under a hour g/l

yeah it was comin through a grommet in the firewall

nah man no sunroof.. but even when my car is off and just sitting, when it rains my carpet still gets wet!..just in the front two sides..

use windshield solvent, or colored water, helps bring it to your attention quicker.

better yet, take out the carpet and throw the drivers seat back in, and get a carwash at my job with a chassis bath, by the end of the tunnel we will see where u r leaking!

use windshield solvent, or colored water, helps bring it to your attention quicker.

Better yet, take out the carpet and throw the drivers seat back in, and get a carwash at my job with a chassis bath, by the end of the tunnel we will see where u r leaking!
