i need help please

ok whats up all my honda head friends. ive been having issue with my 95 civic dx. i bought amber corners and as i was taken the old corners out i notice the wires were all fuck up so i tape them up and problem solve nope they went out with in 20 minutes. then i put new wires and butt connectors the fuse blow in a second. it has been going on for a week now i dont kno wat to do help please

wires are crossed...cut it open from the clips to the main harness make sure no one hacked it up.same deal with me they put them on backwords...if its not that check the bulbs fuse bbox etc
