noise reduction

so i finally got my 95 civic on road again after it ************ting the brick a couple of months ago, it runs smooth but ive always wanted to get rid of (or reduce) road noise, maybe you guys could inform me on the issue,
are there other materials besides dynamat that is easier on the wallet that can get locally, and still give me decent results, i understand there is probably no dirt cheap alternative but anything you guys can come up with can help out,

ebay has there version of dynamatt for cheap.. never tried it but cant hurt..

hey man thanks seems pretty similar to dynamat, if it delivers decent reduction ill be happy, i wanna keep my goal realistic and not expect to eliminate all road and exhaust noise
