is it possible to still trade a Car If my name is allreadi on the title..?hasnt been reg yet since i bought it.. fukin guy that sold it to me was old an wouldnt sell it to me unless i signed the shit...or i gotta reg it..an wait 43 months to get it backk..

you can still trade it. You just need a bill of sale from you to the new owner. When I got my midori like 3 years ago. I had like 2 or 3 bill of sales. I was sketched out but it was normal.

But I heard that people in New York and New Jersey can't regi the car if the back of the title is already signed to someone else. But i was also told thats not true. Idk.

Don't really understand where ur getting to. Ur trying 2 trade/sale ur car wit ur name on the title as in written in pen not on paper? So basically old man name on title and ur name in pen 2 sign over but never regi it?

im pretty sure you gotta go get one of those forums for transfer of ownership and sign it and get it notarized.

it takes a minimum of 4 months to get ur new title after you register it!

bill of sale written properly with a notarized sig from a bank or some sort and then have it checked at the tax section of the dmv, thats if your registering it as a gift, n you didnt buy it

not truee. you can get one overnight thats what i did when i was sellin my ek hatch. bring all your info tell them you need a copy of your original title and they give you one
