ok so here i go try to follow as i cant explain as well as i picture in my head\
so my buddyhas a 91 crx not the si its a dx so it came with d series motor. so i did some research before doing the swap and i found the best thing to do is to use the stock hf engine harness, have obd1 distrib (new), obd 1 ls ecu, and i bought a used obd1 step harness.
now the fun begins with that harness it has a little tail that connects to a couple sensors off the intake mani when every thing was plugged we attempted to start the vehicle i sprayed either in it at first cause it was first start it started right up no hesatations then when i stopped spraying the motor it proceided to die out tried again and just cranked over but no start unless i sprayed it. and the pump is workin i heard it prime.
so my next step was to check and see if the injectors were getting power i put my test light to a secure ground and then checked the positive and terminals in the injector plug i got a light on the positve so i know there's power to it but i did test the negitive for pulse but im pretty sure it was just the pulse width so i went and bought a new sep up harness suspecting the old one was faulty. now my issue is we hooked up the main part of the step up harness but that little tail that leads to the connectors that goes to the intake mani (i was told its purpose is for no check engine light to appear) needs to be wired up now im not a honda guy so any one that has concorded this prob help me cuz i want this car running and its frustrating
thank any help is better than nothing
