B20 cams in B18 head? can it be done?

i picked up a set of brand new skunk2 cams today for a B20 the dumb ass said give me $5 for them so price was right lol. Can i put them into my fully built B18A1? And if so will it be worth it other than sayin i have skunk2 cams in my car

u can put them on the ls ull need retainers atleast.......and deff worth it
