adjusting headlights

im trying to adjust my girls headlights and when i turn the philip screws and it doesnt go up or down and for some reason the lights are pointing to the trees, any ideas??

try losing the 10mm bolts that hold the headlights to the radiator support and adjusting them that way...if the screw driver thing isnt working....
