PCV set up

How do you get the hard plastic piece that the PCV valve goes into. out of the manifold itself?

try to heat it up..if nothen then brake it off.. u can buy a new one at honda or autozone but they dont got the saim one almost but it works.. i had saim probb..but i broke it off..i dident have a heattien gunn at the time to tri to heatn it up.. it should work couse it had gotten hot from haven it on there wean it was running thats why its so hard like that..tri it out the only thing could happen is it will brake...buy new anway..but g/l ....
