Ok so i got a Gsr Integra and it failed emissions when it was registered under my pops name and the plates got pulled he returned the plates. Now im gonna register it in my name so i can get the emission redone will i have a problem registering? I herd the preveious owner must take care of problems like this before i register, or can i just get some temp plates so i can get get it to a shop.

its running cel lights but im missin some evap parts such as vaccum tank and purge solinoid
