i need my quad fix

I didn't no which section to put this in but watever anyways. I got a honda 200cc 4 stroke it turns on and drives but its like slow like really slow. It like sputters its like it wants to open up and go but something holding it back. Then in like 4th gear it opens up but its has a hard time. And when it starts it won't just stay on I always have to give it gas. So please help some1 I'm willing to pay but moneys really really tight so lmk pm me or hmu at 8603577427

ya deff clean your carb, change ur sparkplug and clean/change ur filter. you can find some good carb cleaner spray at any dirtbike shop aka roost powersports, city cycle, stricly dirt.
