Need Help

I have a 2000 Honda passport 3.2 v6 auto 4wd. I bought the car Under the impression that the Fuel pump was Bad. When i got it delivered here to my house figured out that wasnt it. Ive changed the timing belt, camshaft/crankshaft sensors both. Ive purchased 3 ecms and the truck still wont start. I was told by the local honda dealer that the ecm needs to be programed But they dont have the proper tools for it being that they stop making those trucks in 2002. Does anyone have the ecm programing tool or know of a place that does that kind of work? Please pm me if you have any info on this subject will really appreciate it Thanks.

Was the timing belt broke? Is there a poping sound comeing from the intake manifold area? Could be bent valves if the t-belt broke
