TL Auto to manual conversionn??

I was wondering tonight if I could make my car manual... It's a 2000 TL with tiptronic, but of course we all know these tranny's shit the bed. Mine is still crispyy but I'm always worried... Then I was thinking of the 2001 CL tranny type s with 6 spd, all the hoses/lines, pedals, mounts, cluster... just wondering if it could be done if I got a hold of a junked CL and picked the parts for cheap??? Wiring harness?

i know its really hard to find a 6sp CL i have an auto CL for sale for parts trannys mint motor ect.
