mobil 1 fully synthetic 5w-30. ran it in both my motors, never had an oil issue. K&N Filter or oem honda. depends on my mood

^^ psh its almost 10 bucks a quart and meant for hardcore racing applications. if your putting it in a daily driver your wasting your money

when the oil light comes on i stop at the next gas station and grab a quart of the cheapest shit they got...when the valves start clacking i put the quart in... in a month or so, do it again...
