Cluster Help !

Nothing out of the ordinary...
But I changed out my DX gauge cluster for an EX cluster (( Wanted the Tach ))

Soo yea... I also changed the speedos so I didn't have to go through the trouble of taking it apart and rolling back the miles... BUT now when I turn on my battery the speedo reads 20mph o_o

Can anyone help ?

did you take ur needle off? becuase it sounds like you took the needle off and wen u put it back on it was back down all the way.

I did take my needle off to change the faces of the speedos... The new one was cleaner (( Lol ))... But, no, the needle isn't ALL THE WAY down... there's enough room for it to move around freely... That a bad thing ?

try this, take the needle off. Put the cluster in the car without the plastic face on. Then turn your ignition on. And put the needle on with the ignition on. i ran into the same problem back inn the day wen i started rolling back DC clusters. Then take a gps, drive your car with the gps on and see if your speedo matches your gps. It will prolly be off by a couple mph cuz gps are always off.
