Rear disc Breaks on 91 hatch need help

hey i was wondering if anyone could help me out, im lookin to do a rear disc break conversion to the rear of my 91 civic si, what should i get for a setup and how hard is it to put on. and if anyone is sellin a set up lmk thx guys
