I have a 99 integra and when i bought i noticed the driver side door was missing something. The door opens all the way and i can never have it open because its missing a part which i dont know the name of it. Does anybody know what that partis called? its like so the door wont open all the way till the point the front part of the door will bend.

yea it's a lil hinge that stops the door from opening all the way. And keeps it op when you open it. It has a lil dowel pin that connects to the part of the car. And I believe 2 10mm bolts tthat hold it to the door.Money ain't a thing! Crew Member #1

it's a detent rod aka door check is all it is it's the piece that bolts in between the hinges that doesnt let the door over extend when you open it. heres the schematic so people can get a better view and also you can know what your getting not the exact car but same concept hope this helps g/l bro. and i have that part if you need it.

its called a door check or according to honda CHECKER, DOOR its number 12 in this picture http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...ry5=DOOR+PANEL thats a eg civic, i have those for an integra if you need one, 20 bucks picked up
ifyou get it from the dealer tell them to look it up in the DOOR PANEL diagram and find the door check, or checker
